Fitzpatrick was originally scheduled to be sentenced on November 17, 2023, but at the request of his lawyer, the hearing was postponed to January 19, 2024.

According to court documents obtained by DataBreaches.net, during the first year of his supervised release, Fitzpatrick is prohibited from accessing the Internet, storing or viewing pornography “unless accompanied by a responsible adult, with the exception of his brother, Brendan Fitzpatrick, who is under 18. Intentional communication with children, is also prohibited.
