2.3 Ads/hiring/“give me work” — only with explicit admin approval.
2.4 Search first in the chat/on the site before asking.
3.1 Recruiting/soliciting teams and dragging members to DMs for “collaboration/earnings” are forbidden.
3.2 Recruitment by security services — report immediately to @HackYourMom_Support_bot; instant ban without warning.
3.3 “On behalf of the administration.” Official offers come only from moderators with a visible role.
