Microsoft has launched file sharing between iPhone and Windows

Microsoft has begun testing a new feature that allows iPhone users to share files with Windows computers using apps.

The program allows users to preview new features, interact with Microsoft engineers, and provide feedback. To send a file from iPhone to a computer, select the file, click Share, select Connect to Windows, and select the destination device. To transfer files from PC to iPhone, right-click the file, select “My Phone” and follow the instructions. Some users are wondering when this feature will be available to everyone. They also note that compared to other sharing methods such as Google Drive, this Microsoft feature does not require an internet connection.
