1. Principles of Work

  • We work exclusively with legal, ethical, and verified partners.

  • Confidentiality of all received materials is our top priority.

  • All advertising placements on the site or social media are clearly marked as “Advertisement” or “Partner Material.”

  • We reserve the right to refuse cooperation without explanation if the topic or product contradicts our values or legislation.

2. Confidentiality of Materials

  • All submitted materials (briefs, texts, images, videos, commercial terms, correspondence) are confidential.

  • Access is granted only to team members directly involved in the project (need-to-know basis).

  • We do not share materials, contacts, or terms with third parties without your consent.

  • A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed upon request.

3. What We Do Not Advertise

HackYourMom does not accept or publish advertising related to the following categories:

3.1. Gambling, Adult Content, Fraud

  • Gambling, casinos, betting, iGaming;

  • Adult content, erotica, 18+ websites;

  • Dating services of a sexual nature;

  • Scam projects, phishing services, pseudo-investments.

3.2. Financial and Pseudo-Financial Products

  • Fintech services without a license or official registration;

  • Crypto exchanges and crypto projects without a transparent legal structure;

  • Sale or promotion of tokens, ICO/IDO, trading platforms, pseudo-crypto investments;

  • Any “office searches,” shadow currency exchanges, pawn exchanges;

  • Financial pyramids, HYIP schemes, “get-rich-quick” offers, and other illegal proposals.

3.3. “Gray” or Dangerous Products

  • “Nutra” — pseudo-medical products, miracle pills, “instant effect” supplements;

  • Sale of databases, bots, fake followers, or artificial traffic;

  • Illegal services for hacking, bypassing protection, forging documents, or hacker-for-hire work.

3.4. Other Unacceptable Topics

  • Promotion of violence, racism, discrimination, or political propaganda;

  • Disinformation, manipulative or fake content;

  • Products or materials that harm the reputation, safety, or legitimate interests of users.

4. What We Support

We only accept advertising from official, transparent, and lawful businesses, including:

  • technology companies, educational products, IT services, and courses;

  • officially registered brands, cybersecurity projects, startups;

  • public initiatives, educational programs, social or volunteer projects.

5. Cooperation Process

  1. Send a brief or inquiry via Signal, Telegram, or email.

  2. We review the topic, materials, and links for compliance with our rules.

  3. We agree on the format, text, and visuals.

  4. We publish the material with clear labeling as “Advertisement.”

  5. Upon request, we can edit or remove the material.

6. Commercial Confidentiality / Responsibility of the Parties

  • Cooperation terms are not disclosed.

  • A case or testimonial may be published only with your consent.

  • We do not share commercial information with third parties.

The advertiser guarantees the accuracy and legality of provided materials.
HackYourMom guarantees confidentiality, correctness, and compliance with this policy.
