A secret site has been discovered on the dark web, where orders for assassinations and lists of potential victims are posted. This investigation revealed the fraudulent activity of a site owner who solicited bitcoins by promising to fulfill orders that did not actually materialize.

In 2020, journalist Carl Miller and hacker Chris hacked a site on the darknet where users could leave orders for assassinations. The owner of the site, a Romanian criminal named Jura, used the platform for fraud, demanding bitcoins for fake orders. During the investigation, journalists made contact with a woman from Switzerland who became a potential victim of an order placed by her ex-husband. After the intervention of law enforcement agencies, dozens of arrests were made in various countries.

The discovered site initially raised suspicions about real murders, but the investigation showed that it was just a way to extort money. The site continued to collect funds from users under the pretext of fulfilling orders that were never fulfilled.
