In India, a fake bank was discovered, which was used to deceive people looking for work. Fraudsters offered fictitious jobs, tricking gullible candidates out of money.

In the state of Chhattisgarh, criminals created a fake branch of the State Bank of India (SBI), one of the largest banks in the country. The bank was decorated with logos, furniture and looked quite legitimate, which helped fraudsters convince local residents of the authenticity of the vacancies. Jyoti Yadav, one of the victims, got a job in a bank by paying a substantial amount of money for it. Only a week later, she and other employees were informed that the bank was fake. The police arrested one of the criminals and are still looking for others involved in this fraud. Many people paid bribes in the hope of employment, but their hopes were not fulfilled.

Employment scams like this are quite common in India, especially in small towns and rural areas where opportunities to find stable work are limited. Young people often agree to dubious offers, hoping for a guaranteed future. You should carefully check information and avoid offers that seem too good to be true.
