Ukrainian hackers from the 256 Cyber Shturmov group gained access to the personal email of the Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Pavel Fradkov. Analysis of the correspondence revealed the names of companies associated with Kadyrov and Kabayev, which profit from the war by conducting construction in the occupied territories of Ukraine.
The received e-mail revealed documents demonstrating the role of Pavel Fradkov in the redistribution of construction contracts in the occupied territories. His activities in the Russian Ministry of Defense include approving companies engaged in infrastructure work in Mariupol, Luhansk and other occupied cities.
Among such companies are IRS 2000 from Chechnya, which belongs to Kadyrov’s business orbit, and PK Prombeton, which has connections with Alina Kabaeva’s father, Maret Kabayev. These companies received the “go” from the Russian Presidential Administration for profitable projects at the expense of the Russian budget.
Another example of Fradkov’s activities is the “grand opening of a billiard room in a hotel,” where “tournaments with the participation of political figures” are planned in the midst of the war in Ukraine.
Pavel Fradkov — the son of former Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov and brother of banker Petr Fradkov — has held high positions in the Presidential Administration since 2015, distributing real estate and controlling large assets. In 2024, he was appointed deputy to the new Russian Defense Minister Belousov, where he actually continued to oversee the sphere of state property — now with a military bias.
The published materials demonstrate the corrupt model of the Russian military-bureaucratic apparatus. Business on blood and destroyed cities is conducted by those close to putin. It is such investigations that become the basis for personal sanctions. The main thing is not to let these individuals hide behind fictitious companies and pseudo-covers.
